Admission
$40 advance online /$45 at the door
Admission includes a tasting glass and ten 4oz beer tastes.
Designated driver admission is $5 and available at the door only.

Prohibited Items:

• No dogs or pets are permitted. Registered service dogs ok.
• Due to capacity limitations, no folding tables or chairs.
• No glass bottles, drinking glasses or breakable dishes
• No weapons of any kind
• No outside alcohol.

Okay Items.

• Outside food is okay.
• Unopened plastic water bottles are okay.
• Empty reusable nonglass water bottles are okay. (Fill station inside)
• All bags will be inspected.

The ever-popular Winter Beer Festival takes place at Hangar 30 in Magnuson Park in the Sand Point neighborhood of Seattle. This holiday beer tasting tradition will feature 26 Washington state breweries pouring your favorite dark malty stouts, robust winter warmers, barrel-aged gems, piney IPAs and many more unique beers.

Covid-19 Health and Safety Guidelines:

• Per King County Health Order, All guests, staff and volunteers inside the festival must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. We are following King County guidelines. Proof of vaccination can include your vaccination card, a printed copy of your vaccination card, or photo of your vaccination card on your phone or phone app.
• A negative covid test within 72 hours of the event will also be accepted. For details about acceptable tests click here. At home rapid tests will not be accepted.
  

Other Safety Precautions:

• Event capacity will be limited to about 75% (800 attendees per session)
• Masks are required at the festival per King County Order. Protective masks must be worn at all times when not drinking/eating. Masks must cover both nose and mouth.
• This is mostly an indoor event, but the venue has high ceilings and ceiling fans for air movement. We will also be cracking hangar doors to increase air circulation as the weather permits.
• While we still plan to use reusable glasses, single-use compostable tasting cups will be available at brewery pouring stations upon request of attendees or brewers
• Additional hand washing and hand santizer will be available througout the event.
• Drinks will be permitted outside in the fenced courtyard by the food trucks.

Volunteer!

The Washington Beer Fresh Hop Festival is seeking a select number of volunteers to assist with the event throughout the weekend. Please email us  with you first two shift choices. The following volunteer shifts are available:

Day 1   Friday, December 3, 2021

Shift 1:  1:30pm - 6:00pm - FULL

Shift 2:   5:30pm - 9:00pm

Day 2   Saturday, December 4, 2021

Shift 1: 10:00am - 3:00pm - FULL

Shift 2:   4:30pm - 8:00pm

Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older and abide by the same COVID-19 guidelines as attendees to Winter Beer Festival. Volunteers receive complimentary admission after their shift. If you volunteer on Saturday shift 2, you will receive a complimentary admission to a future Washington Beer Festival.
